Dr. Wexler has worked as a private practitioner, staff psychiatrist (inpatient and outpatient) in a number of healthcare systems nationally and internationally, Director of Consultation/Liaison Services, team psychiatrist for an NFL franchise, physician wellness psychiatrist for a large managed care consortium, and as director of a university teaching hospital's psychopharmacology clinic.
